I have a weller soldering gun and some of the RS replacements work. Besides your Manager can get mad at you but he can't tell you you cannot shop in the store (As long as don't work there you are not on the clock. Afterall 60% of revenue comes from the employee purchase. You might wanna make friends with another store manager I did. She is cool, she bends over for me and backwards too.

BTW match your wattage of your iron to the RS replacement, it should work fine I use it on other solder irons/guns.
