It's great that you want to help the community but I think it's better to just participate in an existing one, like you're doing right now (TRC). Besides, managing a discussion group is a daunting task- unless you really have a lot of free time (now if there was a way for people with a lot of free time to give it to people who don't, like me
).
I love the TRC community because it doesn't get as chaotic as some of the other boards thanks to our moderators. in fact, I have more posts on TRC than all the other discussion groups combined (I think).
