well yes and no ,i made one antenna with just one green wire yes thay are about 5" long, and for a racing antenna i took 3 of the green ones and twisted them together and then heatshrinked the whole thing and it gets so much range with that thing on there its gets so small its like little dot and it still got about 20' to go!
