i removed some parts of the the drill and beefed up some parts to prevent it from swaying side to side, because the drill bit should stay on the center of the point where i want to drill, additional bearings and higher amp (13+amp) viariable voltage power supply.. by changing voltage of the power supply i can achieve variable speed from a single speed drill

as for the steering the servo, if you will closely on the font, you'll see that the servo is lying down the chassis.
