I think he got it from the official xmods site. If you go to freebies or something like that, you can download free graphic designs and then print them out on the vinyl. All you have to do is cut them out, which I heard is a pain
BTW, if I remember right, are you the same person that quit a few months ago because of the increase number of newbies joining? Something like too many people asking other members to do things for them?
