Yeah, don't forget, I posted about it quite a while ago...
Seriously, the only reason I haven't done it already is because I only recently found a source for the motors: You can get 260 motors for less than $3 through Jameco. xxxspeednplayxxx was the first to actually install the 260 motor around here.
BTW, the motor that MrBigShot is running is even larger than this.
Anyway, nice job on the conversion.
