First, put the AWD kit on, they don't slow your car down like some people say.
As for a motor theres a few things you could do: put Crest Spinbrush magnets in it, try
this thread. Or you could just get one of
these. Also a good motor can be found on Ebay if you search for the seller: speedologist.
