the final pinion is and the final pinion is turned by the driveshaft. the final ring gear is acctually the whole differential casing. so the whole casing is spinning. its like this in the xmods cept the teeth are on the side of the diff.
sinistar these are some great material ideas. have you ever tried metal washers? i found some that had the right diameter its just that theyre not thin enuff to work in the diff.
