Nope, sorry its not a booster. Need4Speed, I'm afraid I can't get it shipped fo 25 bucks. I'm looking at around $29 - $32 bucks shipped because of a big ass box , so let me know what ya think. Again, I'm not sure on da costs but what are u willing to chip out? Thanks alot!
