What kind of masking tape did you use? Upwards in this thread someone said to use the "blue" masking tape. I will have to agree. especially for a beginner. Its easier to use. It is painters mask.....Easily removed, Thinner and the sticky side isnt as bonding so it wont leave much residue, if any to your model.
