Actually the Skyline has been out in the US for some time...just not the R series. The R series has sort been put on the back burner for a while. Anywho, they released the new V series Skyline here in the states...you might know it better as the Infiniti G35. 
Edit: Oh and yes that's a pic of the R35 concept that they may eventually release in the US. Not sure if or when the R series'll officially hit the states though.
