The cars are lexan molded and no openings for lights since thhe were meant as strictly fast racers, but the light indentations are there, so one could cut a small openeing for lights.
The figurines in my other MIA Mod post are actually ones you buy here in USA from gumball machines, my son collects them , they are called Hommmies.
