It only happens when its stopped, not while it's already moving. If I nudge it it will go but eventually it gets stucks again. I drive on a clean wood floor. Suggestions?

Also, check the pinion, spur, and step-down gears for molding defects, as you may discover a slight imperfection that prevents the gears from moving when in a certain position (but that isn't a problem when it already has some momentum).
