I was talking theoretically. If you just shorted out your motor connector and floored it (the equivelent of a REALLY low turn motor
) your FETs would pop. Motors frying things have nothing to do with the heat of the motor itself, it is the amount of current they draw.
I believe you are correct in saying "Motor XYZ will NOT fry your XMOD."
I don't think NML would be willing to reveal things like that. When I finally get that pinion puller, I'm just gonna make my own stageX motor.
