unfortunatly, the only good heli you will get for under $200 would be ARF (almost ready to fly) needing rx, tx, motor, gearbox, gyro, servos, etc........
but there are some that are really good.........here is one:

they have every halecopter size range you could want, but like i said, the price will be high......
i would recomend starting with a plane before flying a heli..........the Merlin (please see my post) is one of the most recomended first planes. it is VERY rugged and easy to fly.
