ok i got it. go on
www.hlj.com then click on advanced search on the top left. it should lead you to a menu.
on "keyword" type down "decal" the go down to categories and scroll down to "auto:accessories" the just change the scale to 1/24 and click search on the bottom left. it should list a bunch of decal sets.
