you should never run batteries of different capacities together. don't mix rechargeables and dry cells, nicd and nimh, different capacities, and different sizes.
a tip that i kinda learned from 1/10 rc's, keep the same four batteries you use in a set. the battery kit gets you 8 nimh batteries. separate them into two sets and keep them separated. always charge and use them together at the same time so they're a matched set. this gets you best performance and you won't have one cell depleting before the others
