I picked up one of those 2 "AAA" battery holders today and plan on trying this. I also noticed that had the "N" holders which were about half the size, so you could technically get more extra cells in there at the loss of capacity. The "N" cells were 1.2v also, but less mah. Can you run them with the regular "AAA" batteries?
