Try softer mini-z tires in the 10-15 degree range. The wides will fit but are just a touch too wide, leave the excees to the outside.
The only real problem is the center ring on the rim. I'll probably end up sanding it off so I can use the wider selection of treaded and slicks for the mini-z's.
Otherwise it rounds out the tire profile and reduces your contact patch. The 10's worked fine for about 60 seconds until the raised profile of the ring got dirty and then the steering went way down.
Guess you could mount the rims with a mandrel into a dremel and grind that ring down with a file or blocked sandpaper...........
