One thing you will find using MOSFETs (which incidentaly stands for Metal Oxide Semiconductor - Field Effect Transistor) is that the car will actually run for a longer time 'cause now there is less energy being wasted by the fets than was previously used by the original transistors. More energy means a longer runtime. I'm sure Fly and CD have noticed this as well.
