Any crappy old car/junker that someone will try to make look nice/stupid/retarded by replacing ONLY the rims (Gah these make me so mad!! And most of the time they'll put rims that have a horribly wrong offset or are WAY too small for the vehicle!! GRRRRR!!! And this isn't an import thing...I've seen it on old beat up buicks and pontiacs and stuff...we're talking early to mid 80's models w/ barely any paint left on'em...tons of these in Texas...TONS!!)
