no, thats not the best way to do it, it is very hard to find a good balance between going to fast and too slow on the treadmill. i run it on the treadmill for fun, but the speedometer is broken.(DOH!) i think its just better to measure it using a set distance and some sort of watch to clock the cars. if you can rig up a trigger system then it will be very accurate. im trying to accomodate this into my drag track im building...
