Sounds like to need to re-center your servo. The easiest way is to adjust it via the controller, but there is a way to take apart the servo to center it permanently.

Yeah, the tires rub. Be careful though and try to adjust the trim on your controller. Sometimes the arm of the servo can slip out of the tie rod.

Seriously, go out and buy a 99 cent pack of 3.3K ohm 1/4 watt resistors. Solder one inline on the orange wire and one inline on the brown wire of the servo (the thing that controls your steering.)
