Figured out just what that piece is supposed to make contact with...made sure the two pieces were touching, but it didn't help.

Source for mini analog joysticks?

Anyone have an idea or see a place that sells mini analog joysticks? In particular bi-directional only, but if omni-directional that would be OK.
