Yea, it no longer holds a charge. It is not in a dual cell mod. I usually just charge it twice for about 90 seconds.

Would surface mount leds work? You can find them in cell phones, those are really tiny and they're bright as heck. I think I might give that a try sometimes.

Finally got my Bit! However....

Yay, finally got my Initial D set. However....the antenna on my controller is stuck. It won't go out or in, it's stuck about half inch out. Any helP? I'm planning on installing a telescopic antenna...
