Angry FET installed, NO reverse! HELP!!

this weekend i received my 4562 fet's(4) from ebay,wasnt quite sure how they install,since they came w/no paperwork,i removed the two stock fet's (1792 i think) on the bottom of the ESC and installed...

i would understand if it was slighty slower in one way or another,but i mean the supra is exaggeratedly slower to the rsx in every way,i'm going to take all the upgrades off,put it back to stock form...
