The ZZ board puts less than half the current to the motor than the bit does...so a motor rated at 2.35K RPM @ ~ 90mA will rage at 200-ish mA!

The 3.2 is a great all-around motor. Another option is to use ZipZap motors (the Turbo (2.15) or NOS (2.35)) in your bit, both are as fast as the 3.2 with the ZZ motors having quicker off-line...
