Basically the "nos button" just enables you to bypass the hi/lo throttle trim switch with your thumb. I didn't really do anything special to the car. It's still a cool effect when you drive around...

Yeah, the heatsink really doesn't do much, I'm running the red stage2 motor in my Civic for like two weeks w/out it. Even after 30 mins of continuous use the motor does not get too hot.
