Here is what is up. If it has the battery in it...

Here is what is up. If it has the battery in it and it is on the charger, it works. If I take it off the charger, it does not work. If I put it on the charger without the battery in it does not work....

Ok, this is strange. The car works when it is on the charger. The wheels turn and the motor runs. However, when I take it off the charger, it does not work anymore. Any ideas?
