So when the bushing gets worn out the spur gear becomes wobbly? The fix is buying an aluminum gearbox. Most preferably 3r brand. Instead of the bushing it uses a bearing. This will not wear down much...

You are most likely out of luck. Maybe you could try taking the outside case of an old motor and putting it on this one? If that is impossible you will have to buy another one.
