They come with a weird red connector that ive never seen before, but you can always splice the stock micro t connector on and trust me its worth it!!!

Wel the stock esc's arent the best wen using lipos cuz they put out 2 much power for the stockr and the reason ur motor is shuttin off is because off it getting to hot, and i wudnt keep unplugin it...
