Perfection 3.8 in Wild Char-g.

This thing really woke up with this motor. It's fast moving with plenty of torque for climbing. I am surprised!
All I have to do now is change the lifting arm motor and add a dual cell. This thing should be a flipping nut!:D

yea mine has all the stuff you just mentioned, and boy do they fly, what motor are you gonna put in for the weapon?:D

RIGD1 03-08-2003 09:06 PM

I'm not quite sure yet. It's either going to be a 2.6 Bit motor, a DKS 3._something motor, or another Perfection 3.8 motor.
;)

does your bit char-G have bad reception like mine? my weapon is especially bad for reception, very stuttery movement.......unless im up close, then itz fast and smooth

some where i read that wild char g has tank steering (like digiq), is this a lie?

-v2oracle- 03-09-2003 06:59 PM

well all four wheels are fixed and cant turn, when you open up the truck you see it is basically like tank steering, and the steering is done by shifting gears from left to right so one wheel turns faster than the other, but both still turninn forward. the front wheels dont do anything at all other than keep the front from dragging, all the drive and steering is done from the rear wheels

Bad reception, stuttery movement...no, not mine. My weapon motor is slow...period. That's the only thing I hate about it. I'll need to swap out that motor really soon.

u got the blue or the raise tiger? upgrading the weapon motor is not exactly the same as you probably know, but worth it

RIGD1 03-11-2003 12:27 AM

I got the raise tiger. I read the other thread about the removal/install of the weapon motor. It may be alittle hard, but I'm up for the challenge.:D

good stuff, itz the only way to go with these. so your raise tiger doesnt have any reception problems really, itz pretty decent.......i think i got the short end of this stick.......:p
