Tanks Wont Charge!!!!
After a while of playing with my tanks i brought them out today to fool around and they wont take a charge! I have the switch in the charging position, the on/off switch on the car is off, and i place it on the transmitter and switch it to the bottom position on the on/off switch on the transmitter and it says busiy for about 20 seconds with the CH on the screen and then goes to OK and i take teh tank off and try to drive it and it drives for 2 seconds and dies down! what am i doign wrong?

You're not doing anything wrong...The AA batteries in the transmitter are low.
Put a fresh set in and you'll be all set. |
The batteries are fairly new, but i switched them out and got the same problem.

Are you SURE you're putting a new set in there?
I had the same issue, I kept swapping out batteries and it didn't work...Then I pulled out my Multimeter and TESTED each battery and it turned out there was 1 battery that was basically a dead cell (the transmitter will cut the charger off if it can't put out a steady charge) The other thing you might want to try is putting AA rechargables in the transmitter, NiMH batteries are a lot more stable with current output. Ever since I tried NiMH in my transmitter I've never gone back to alkalines. The other thing to try is if that tank will charge off of the other transmitter...If it does, then you know it's not the tank. |
yay, its works now, i guess both sets of batteries that i tried were low. I went and recharged them and all was good. THANKS!!
