64x Charger-z Dodge Ram...

After both my bits (unkown clone and a shen qi) died (steering springs lost), i had to get another... i seen this fairly interesting one... on the box it says it has dual batteries... i brung it home, and opened it up, and sure enough... dual batteries. i gave it a charge (bout a minute and 15 seconds). played around with it... lasted for quite the while... i turned it off for the night.. and in the morning i tried it... and still held a charge... my older bits used to lose charge over 2 hours...

best 20 bucks i spent...

clones tend to hold charge quite well... for soem odd reason... im not sure why, but i charged a battery in my clone and switched it into my bit, and the damn thing ran forever... im thinkin the PCB and the charger allow more current or voltage to flow through... in fact, im almost certain....

it's an interesting thing to analyze tho... and if one could swap the PCB from a clone into a bit, then it'd do some serious owning...

also, if you lose the steering spring, it's not hopeless... a makeshift one can be crafted from a floppy disk spring (MUCH twisting and sanding)... it dun work well, but it works

i imagine its the car version of my boat which is pretty good quality. plus it comes with a 4x aa charger.

The reason it holds its charge is becuase the car has an on/off switch like the DigiQ's and Nikko Iracers. Bits, Zips and other clones do not. I agree with Hogjowlz, the boat is very cool, but I'm not a fan of their cars. The die-cast bodies are great though.
