HELP Brand New Bit Char-G 1.0 Very Slow & Axle, Idler Gear Loose

I bought a brand new Bit Char-G Nissan Gloria which has a 1.0 motor and 9:86:1 gearing. I ran it the first time and it was OK. The next day I ran it and it was REALLY slow, like crawling, and would come to a stop when I would turn..it goes backwards at a good speed. sometimes it doesnt even go forward unless I go backward and then hit forward. Please help im really dissapointed. Had 2 Panthers that got spoilt and then decided to buy this..and now I get this..!! My axle is also loose and moves sideways..this makes the idle gear also move...please help...The idler gear is also very loose it keeps vibrating i mean keeps moving about..doesnt stay in one place like it should...arghh im so dissapointed I had 2 other cars that got spoilt and decided to get the real deal..and now its gone even faster than my clones!!!
