painting the clear bodies

Has anyone tried painting the clear bodies? I'm debating if i should paint the inside or outside of the body?

Paint the outside. I thought about painting the inside, but I noticed that the bodies are not a constant thickness everywhere which would make it look strange if painted from the inside. Just imagine how the side mirrors would look ;)

yeah i just painted the inside.. i'm gonna do a few coats inside and do a different color on the out side so it'll look kinda 3D:D I'll post pics after i'm done.

sorry its taking so long. i got finals this week and the painting is taking longer than i expected cuz i need to do about 4-5 coats cuz its really lite.. not sure what my second coat is going to be yet.. might try yellow..since it goes well with blue.:D any suggestion on what color to use?

I got 'em in 2 weeks, hehe. But your choice. Plum Crazy Purple! (like dusters and 'cudas) But with my Trueno body, I think it is painted on the outside, with bothe colors (white and black). If you do it on the inside, make the little details first! And you can just paint the mirrors from the outside! :D
