gearcase problem
 

i was driving it one night and then i had a problem with the gears getting sorta locked up. makes a horrid sound and you know somethigns wrong. so i decided to open it up have a look and might as well replaced the bushings with bearings. the only problem i saw was the gear that touches the pinion, it seemed to slope down a little. but the shaft that holds in place is unremovable, so i believe, and so i couldnt take it out. as of right now, when i try to roll my chassis (without motor), it locks up. dunno what to do. put all my electronics on my offroad car. now i have an old hornet, a broken m01, and a semi broken m03 on my shelf. how sad.. can anyone help?
