s2000 cripple cap?

the range on my friends s2000 35mhz sux ass....

SO

I opened it up and found a cap marked "22" on the GREEN side. THis is where my cap was on my supra but the number was different.

Is this the cap? I don't want to fcuk my friends s2000 up....
