is it worth the extra $4? whats Calsonic?

I could be wrong, but Calsonic is kind of like Delphi. They make automotive electronics systems. I don't know if they sponsor a racing team anymore, but they used to a few years back. Here's a link to Tamiya America, with one of their 1/10 scale RC's with a Calsonic Skyline body.

Is it worth the 4 bucks? I guess it might be if you had to have all the different sponsors that run Skylines.

Calsonic sponsor the JGTC R34 GTR, its just another race spec like Xanavi, Hiroto, Nismo, Pennzoil, Project U, C-west any team like that, thats what calsonic is

IMO, Tamiya makes some of the best models out there. Their attention to detail is superb. I have built many of their RC cars, and I am reluctant to run some of them because I don't want to trash the highly detailed bodies. The Skyline that I race has a Tamiya chassis, and an aftermarket body because I couldn't bring myself to trash the original body that came with the kit.

calsonic also makes many of the parts you'll see on your stock oem japanese cars.like most nissan radiators.
