got my x
hey i got my mini x yesterday and the front right dogbod keeps falling out :( and i was wondering if anybody else had a problem like that
(little off subject but wut is the chassis in the parts shop is) |
i had the same problem mate ..here's what i did ..take a ball point spring loaded pen ..take the spring out and cut the spring in 4 equal peices. put the pieces in the diff where the dog bones lye..now there is a weeee bit more tension and the springs give it a little play but not enought o come out
|
thanks but i lost my bone at scool.do u no where to get more? the good thing (but bad at the same time) is it gliched fell off a 4foot tall bench and still ran. all i can is this thing is strong:D
|
email tiny (shop@tinyrc.com) he should have the dogbones.
Also you might want to get a set of motor pinions, when you hit something dead on they tend to break! |
thanks for your help.wut diff and pinion gears come stock w/the mini x? and also do u no wut the lowest turn moter the esc can handle?
|
nevermind the moter limit thing my esc popped.
|
dude what happened? what did you try ?
|
in his sig says he tried an 18t
well the stock motor is an 80t, so yeah that would pop almost any ESC, even the Spy doesnt handle 18t i think. |
the stock motor is 70t and it just said that the spy cant handle 380 and up sized moter
also in the parts shop wut is the mini x mp-01 chassis set |
the chassis set is just the plastic chassis. no suspension pieces or screws.
|
so no arms.. right?
|
Arms are a different number, email tiny (shop@tinyrc.com) for the number.
