Dual Cell conversion failed :(

I did a dual cell conversion 2day and the ar will only run if its connected to teh charger, as soon as i take it off it doesn't work...
What the?

When it's connect to the charger, your car gets power directly. When disconneted and there is no power, it means one of you connections is bad. Double check all your wiring.

Ive had the same problem... i've redone the wiring many times and get the same results...
Is it possible that im using the wrong wires??
The wires I have I took out of my printer when I dissected it... They're the same wires that powered the big drive motors in the printer...

i've had the same problem a few times in my days of MICROS, and its most like a bad connection to the connect that directly connects to part of the car chassis itself
