KIT racers $3.98
 

Yep that's right TARGET has them for $3.98. I picked up a couple for bats and motors and even axels (after an easy mod). I will go and buy a couple more tomarrow. Unfortanatly no microsizers were available

I bought 3 and plan to buy a few more. I need to modify that axle, it is too short. I think I ill hav to have fun with my dremel. Did you ever put the K.I.T. racer together and see how it goes. Wow! It flie like nothing you have ever seen, it was 3x as fast as my 2x150 mah car.

what is a kit racer , and is there an online target shop?

it sounds like a clone for under 4 dollars? iits not on their website, ill check ebay

I never put the kit racer together, I straight up canabalised it from the package. They usually retail for around $10 so $4.20 with tax is a great deal.
Kit racers are not rc cars they are track cars, but they are made by tomy and motors and some parts are compatible with bits. Do a search on this site for bit racers or kit racers.

The orange motor (a 2.6) in the KIT Racers is a good one. The extra batteries and extra motor clips are nice to have also.

Target must have just reduced these because I bought one yesterday and it was still $5.58

so far I have tryed my kit racer and have found out the following info about the compatibiliy of these to bcg

-the motor is compatible, you have to bend the connection metal thingy on the chassis out.

-The axle has to have a little shaved off to fit

-the tires fit the rear wheels of a bit

-the battery is compatible

-I sill have to shave my axle to test the gars to see if they are compatible.

-when use the stock gears w/the 2.6kit motor, the motor seems slower and you have to give it a push start, the gears don't line up well.

-Bodies are not comptible

-heat sink is compatible

Once I do my axle mod I will give you further info.
