bitmod1 3.5

Does the bitmod1 3.5 motor fix perfectly into bit char-gs? Or do I need to make any changes? How about the heatsink or motor cover?

it fits

Critter Hart 12-28-2002 09:38 PM

Ok now, I don't have a car right now. Its on its way, should have my Nissan 350Z by tuesday. On bitmods site he has a motor cover, do I need that? I am ordering a 150 batt and the 3.5 motor from him, but if i need the cover for any reason, I want it all to be in the same order.

ok... a little O/T here but while we're on lxx cars, err... what are they? (i mean c'mon, im a Noob!) Are they like some special ed. cars like the project D set, or the Auto Modellesista? (spelling?)

bill 12-29-2002 11:16 AM

lxx cars are just clones of the bit.

oh ok, cheers bill and thnx for the site too... surely the control and the box itself really does look like the official tomy items, haha i couldve been fooled easily...

In my experience, i have noticed some motors have a flat contact and others have a piece of metal that sticks out. Sometimes the ones with the metal that sticks out does fit in very easily but! I find it holds the best contact since it is in firmly. I hope this helps :)
