Help! My steering wires broke!

I need bigtime help! I need to know where to solder the steering wires back on. If anybody has a diagram of some sort to show me where the wires go, please post them! Or, if you can explain how to do it in words.....well, just post it!

BTW, I have a shen qi wei car. If that helps any.
