1,0 engine problems

Just got a Subaru Bit Char-g.... First 4 rums with the 1,0 engine was okey.... but after i used my 2,6 engine and replaced the 1,0 engine again my car was very slow forward but still normal speed reverse..... Why ????
Tried my brothers other 1,0 engine and that worked great...

What can i do to make my 1,0 engine run okey again????

The 2.2 that came with my Microsizer was like that, I have no idea why, but my new 2.6 runs just fine.
