Friend stole and wrecked my 3.8
 

I gave my friend money to order me some stuff when he was getting some parts from TinyRC. Anyway, I thought the 3.8 was red and the 3.0 was pink. I saw his pink motor and he said he had burnt it out in the first half hour, and that the 3.8s were on backorder.

Now I am presented with the issue. Should I get my money back from him, make him return the burnt 3.8 and get a new one and give it to me, or just plain beat the hell out of the dishonest little bastard? I'm considering stealing his Shen and ZipZaps just to piss him off...cuz I'm quite mad that I've been sitting here for days without my motor, and now he's ruined it.

Choose your friends wisely. hope it works out but dont be like him and resort to stealing.Find some new friends to race with.

Believe me, this kid couldn't steal girls off me is he shat hundred dollar bills. And he's been my friend for a long time. He didn't intentionally steal it, but he's claiming that the pink motor is his 3.0 that he paid for, and he doesn't know when my 3.8 will arrive. I can't seem to convince him that red is 3.0 and pink is 3.8, so I'm gonna drive over to his house in a couple minutes and get my friggin money back.

Well he's shipping the motor back to TinyRC to get replaced, AND refunding my money. I put it in my car just to be sure that he really burnt it out, and it ran like a 0.5 (I mean REALLY SLOW) so its definately toast.
