TinyRC.com - Mini RC type - clone or official?

I am not sure if this is a clone, but I'm guessing it is. I bought a mini rc car at a hobby shop. It called "Precious - Super New Bit char-A Car". Has anyone heard of this? Is this a clone or the real deal? It went for $19.99 and it is amazingly fast. It has green gears that standout. The control has a flip down latch where you can recharge the car through the controller. I bought a MicroSizers toyota body and it fit perfectly. I am a newbie to this TinyRc world. Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks!
