Ideas for my dragster, tell me what you think

I am going to buy a 3.8 motor, teal gears and some racing slicks for it. I am going to stiffen up the suspension so the only turning it can do is to straighten it up. I am going to put a 12v battery in it. To try to keep the PCB from charring from the heat of the 12v I will custom make a body/PCB cover with a huge ram air scoop in the front window. It'll haul, but will it survive? Can I get a rechargable 2/3AAA 12v (I found a 2/3AAA, but not rechargable)?

uhhhh

haha well i think your thinking too hard and to extreme a 12 v would cause the motor to get extremely hot if you put a 9volt to a bit char-g motor then in a few seconds it gets to hot to hold and the electronics would fry even if you did have the "ram air" (which wouldnt work) but hey its your money im jsut warning you because im sure you wouldnt wnat your money to go to a waste funny idea though

I just think it would be funny having a huge scoop on the car. I tested out the 12v and it did work + started to cook the PCB. It was kinda cool :D
