Need help with my cripple capacitor!

Hey, I can't find my cripple capacitor. I have no idea what my board is b/c it doesn't have a number I've heard of. I got a couple pics of it below, there's nothing on the other side. I think it might be C10 (the one circled) and the # on the board is larger: EPI-005A smaller : FU0208
