bir racer moter, does it fit

does this motor fit without modifications in a bit char-g?

I am doing a bulk order with my friends for 3 bit char-gs, and one of my friend's brothers wants a 2.6 motor. This one is only 4.77. I know the 3.0 motor is only around 5 bucks, but he insisted that his brother only wanted the 2.6 motor.
anyway, does that motor fit in a bit char-g?

Sorry, that was a stupid question, i found that motor here
since that site sells things for the bit char-g, I guess the motor will fit.

i have that motor. it is weak.

the bit racer motors are the bit char-g motors.....if you would look at the package in the bit char-g setting parts set, there is a white and black pinion gear. They are the exact same thing. And my 2.6(BR) was always weak in my clones.

well, it is for my brother's friend. he has a clone and is around 8 years old (i think). he didnt even want an upgrade motor, but his brother(my friend) convinced him to get a better motor. do you think he will be satisfied with it? He still likes his 1.0 motor.

my best motor came out of my crappiest clone. it beats the tomy and zcars 2.6 motors. in torque and top speed.

Well a good motor for your friend would be the bitmod1 3.5(www.bitmod1.com) or the DKS 3.4(www.driftkingshop.com) or the OEM 3.8 rotor(www.questformadness.com) or this site i think. But if its a clone i wouldnt be surprised if it didnt work. The bitmod1 motor says not for LXX's but im not sure if it applies to all clones.

yea, i have seen those motors. I will show this post to my friend. Maybe he will convince his brother to just stick with the stock motor on his clone, until we all decide to get better motors. Then he will get a better motor. So basically it isnt even worth 5 bucks?

hogjowlz 12-17-2002 05:57 PM

im sure its worth 5 bucks. its quick once it gets up to speed but it has very little torque.

eman1 12-17-2002 06:08 PM

ok, i will still order it for my friend's brother
